How do I use c.c. in a very formal official letter?

Where do I place c.c. in a very formal official letter?

I know that the first goes - addressee name -%26gt; title -%26gt; address -%26gt; and then goes date -%26gt; dear john doe -%26gt; main letter -%26gt; sincerely -%26gt; signature -%26gt; name %26amp; title -%26gt; sender's address.

So, where does the "c.c. + name, title, address" go in this formal format?

Thanks for help.

Reply:cc means carbon copy

you don't need it unless you want to show a copy going to some else besides the addressee
Reply:After the name and signature of the sender, two or three lines below, it goes in the envelope too, with the name of the person or office you are sending the copy
