C.C. and K-Rod to Yankees?

I've been hearing rumors. C.C. sounds like a good look in the Bronx. But is K-Rod willing to step down to Mariano?

C.C. and K-Rod to Yankees?
i like both.. k-rod could set up til rivera's contract runs out.. only 2 seasons after this and CC would help alot.. mussina is near the end and it will help to have a younger veteran on the staff with wang, until kennedy and hughes are experienced
Reply:C. C A Yankee not Good idea for me , but i never herd of any rumors with K-rod and if he dos come he will have to either a 7th or 8th inning guy b/c NOW WAY IN HELL he is going to be a Close that IS Rivera's Job
Reply:Keep dreaming, you guys are NOT getting CC Sabathia.
Reply:It is HIGHLY possible that K-Rod will be in a Yankee uniform next year. Negotiations with the team have broken down, Cashman has long coveted him, he has family in NY... It just makes a lot of sense. And YFFL- Rivera can't pitch forever...
Reply:Not happening
Reply:even if u got them you would still find a way to lose in the first round of the playoffs.
Reply:sadly i do think that Frankie will leave for New York, it seems hes a far better likliehood that Sabathia

i would wager CC stays in Cleveland, and Frankie becomes the Yankee closer for next year, all i can hope is that the Angels have gotten all the good years out of him and that hell go to New York and be totally hittable
Reply:dont you wish
Reply:I don't think the Yanks will get K-Rod unless he's willing to be a set up guy for Mo and the Yanks move Joba into the rotation. Sabathia is more likely to sign with New York but even recently, he's talked about resigning with Cleveland before the year is over. I'd like to see C.C. in pinstripes and New York has a lot of expiring contracts at the end of the year and should make a big splash in free agency next year.
Reply:yeah you guys need to buy some ppl or your team wont hold well.
