When ever I'm viewing a C%26amp;C TiberianWars cut scene the audio and video desynchronize. is there any way to fix it?

What you can try to do is save your game files and reinstall the game. My CNC3 always has issues either with sound or game crashes. Sometimes a reinstallation can fix the problem.
