C C Cleaner what are to the items to be ticked without risk, both under windows category and application group

I have installed "CC CLEANER" v1.31.325 in my P C . Under Cleaner settings two categories appear. Viz windows and applications. What are the items which can be safely checked to ensure smooth functioning of the P C . What are the precautions to be taken ? will some body clarify?

You can tick all the items without any risk
Reply:well under applications part select all of them....and in the windows part exceptional to ADVANCED and EMPTY RECYCLE BIN selectall of them
Reply:i never used that but sounds like a registry cleaner maybe ... and in my opinion they are not safe ever ... best thing to do before u ever use those kinds of applications is get somthing like acronis true image or nortons ghost and backup ur entire system .. then experiment away ...
Reply:just use the standard settings, it can't hurt if you tick them all but make a backup before you do (i believe it gives that option before you delete)
