What is a C/C Fee?

What does the C/C stand for in terms of a real estate fee?

What is a C/C Fee?
Are you buying a condo? It could be your Homeowner's Association Fee. Condo/Covenants fee? It is what the Condo Association charges each month for various upkeep such as cutting grass, maintaining the clubhouse, pool, trash pickup fees, and a portion of it goes toward a reserve fund. In case repairs need to be made to the grounds or structure or common areas. To be sure, ask your loan originator or Realtor.
Reply:Havent had it used in that format so I don't know. I always get real leary of things that are not spelled out and identified properly.

Here go look at what the government says are closing costs

The HUD-1 closing costs form explained: http://www.alta.org/consumer/hud1.cfm

Best of luck

PS. could be crown %26amp; coke depending on where you're closing
Reply:closing costs, probably
Reply:Typically this means "closing costs", but I would get the definition in writing on your real estate contract.

Hope this helps
