Making a c&c cage?

Hi. I'm going to make a c%26amp;c cage for my guinea pig. What is the best size to make it? Because I don't want it turning out too small for him, thanks.

Making a c%26amp;c cage?
I have made one I have done 2 x 4 ground floor with a 'Mezzanine' which is 2x2. I made a ramp up tp it using guttering bought from B%26amp;Q.

For the Correx I just used the sizes which on the C+C Guinea pig cages website but ordered a it more for the top level.

I just ordered a full sheet 8x4 If I remember correctly and it was enough but had to tape some bits.

They are great!!

They have loads of photos of c%26amp;c cages in the gallery and they tell you a minimum space requirement for the amount of pigs you have!

For one pig it is 7.5 sq ft, which is a 2x3 cage. Bigger is obviously better. Also a hay loft tends to go down a real treat and helps to keep the cage cleaner!

Also for your info go to www.guinealynx.info

They have tons of info on cages, plus almost everyone on there has a C%26amp;C cage. Some are massive!

Good Luck.
Reply:i tink you should make it like he is livin large if u love him
Reply:sorry, but what is a c%26amp;c cage?
Reply:If it's just one guinea pig, I'd say 4x2 is an ideal size. If it does turn out to small, you can just very easily add some more cube grids. Make sure you have spares. And I reccomend getting a second guinea pig so your first isn't lonely.
