I need help solving for "B" from A=BC/B+C.?

I got to like A(B+C)/C=B but I can't get any farther!!!

I need help solving for "B" from A=BC/B+C.?
I will assume the equation is

A = BC/(B + C)

=%26gt; A(B + C) = BC

=%26gt; AB + AC = BC

=%26gt; BC - AB = AC

=%26gt; B(C - A) = AC

=%26gt; B = AC/(C - A)
Reply:multiply both sides by B+C

then you have

a(b+c)=bc

then move bc to the same side and distribute the a

ab+ac-bc=0 now move ac to one side

ab-bc=-ac now you factor out a b from the left side

b(a-c)=-ac then divide by a-c both sides and your finished

b= -ac/a-c
Reply:Muliply B+C with A...

BA+CA=BC

Get all the Bs on one side...

BA-BC=-CA

Factor out the B...

B(A-C)=-CA

Divide to free up B by itself...

B=(-CA)/((A-C)
